We need to confirm your identity to prevent incorrect requests from people claiming to be someone else. It does not have to be a passport or other ID from authorities. You can hide parts of the document (such as ID number) provided that the remaining information is enough to identify you. You can also hide the photo. Clock & amp; Penn only uses the information to be able to judge and document that your request is authentic and we delete the copy within one month from the completion of the removal process, unless it has to be saved for legal reasons.
Ur&Penn uses the personal information you provide in this form (including your email address and other identifying information), and any personal information you provide in the context of further correspondence, in order to process your request and fulfill our legal obligations. We may share the data protection authorities with your request, but only if it is necessary for them to investigate or review a decision we have made. The most common reason for this is that you have chosen to contact your national data protection authority regarding our decision.
